Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Frugalmax (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
What Frugalmax is
Frugalmax is a personal finance tracking tool. It helps you record spending and income, plan budgets, keep an eye on subscriptions and recurring bills, and review your own financial history. It is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as such.
Your account
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your data
The transactions and notes you enter are yours. The app stores them locally so it can show your history and provide device reminders. Cloud backup and multi-device sync are available only with active Frugalmax Pro access. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it is handled.
Rewarded ads and in-app credits
Some versions of Frugalmax may let you watch an optional rewarded ad to receive one or three in-app credits. Credits can be used only for eligible Pro actions shown in the app. They are not cash, do not have monetary value, cannot be sold or transferred, and do not create a subscription or a permanent Pro entitlement.
The number of credits, eligible actions, daily limits, and availability may change. Credits may expire, be removed, or be refused if an ad view is incomplete, duplicated, generated by a blocked device, or appears to involve abuse or fraud. Do not use automated tools or methods intended to replay, simulate, or manipulate ad views.
An ad may be supplied by a third-party advertising network. The network’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the ad experience. You can close the ad when the app allows it, but a reward is issued only after the provider confirms a completed view and the app successfully records it.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- Use the app for anything illegal
- Try to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app’s backend or infrastructure
- Use the app to store or transmit anything that isn’t yours to share
- Manipulate rewarded ads, credits, subscription status, or other access controls
No financial advice
Frugalmax helps you track and organize your own financial data. It does not recommend investments, budgets, or financial decisions, and any totals, trends, or summaries shown in the app are for your own reference only. Consult a qualified professional for actual financial advice.
Availability
We aim to keep the app running reliably, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and the app may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or updates.
Rewarded ads and third-party services may be unavailable in some countries, on some devices, or at some times. We do not guarantee that an ad will always be available or that a particular reward amount will be offered.
Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frugalmax and its developer aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any financial decisions made based on data shown in it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, note it here.
