Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using iritmaxxing (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
What iritmaxxing is
iritmaxxing is a personal finance tracking tool. It lets you log transactions, set reminders, and review your spending. It is a record-keeping and reminder tool — it does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as such.
Your account
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your data
The transactions and notes you enter are yours. We store them so the app can function (showing your history, sending reminders, syncing across devices if you’re signed in). See the Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it’s handled.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- Use the app for anything illegal
- Try to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app’s backend or infrastructure
- Use the app to store or transmit anything that isn’t yours to share
No financial advice
iritmaxxing helps you track and organize your own financial data. It does not recommend investments, budgets, or financial decisions, and any totals, trends, or summaries shown in the app are for your own reference only. Consult a qualified professional for actual financial advice.
Availability
We aim to keep the app running reliably, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and the app may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or updates.
Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iritmaxxing and its developer aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any financial decisions made based on data shown in it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, note it here.
